How to Shop
1. Placing an Order
Once you have placed an order at Rationel Webshop, our system will automatically send you an acknowledgement by email.
An order confirmation/invoice will be sent to you by email upon dispatch of the order.
All prices are in £GBP and include 20% VAT (E&OE).
Payment for goods ordered online should be made online using Visa or MasterCard.
This information is transmitted encrypted between the customer and Rationel Webshop.
4. Cancellation of Order
Orders that have not yet been dispatched from the Rationel Webshop can be cancelled by contacting the Rationel Webshop by phone on 01869 388 825 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Standard delivery is charged at £20.00 per order.
Expected delivery time is 3-5 business days. If the delivery time for your product will be any longer, the Rationel Webshop will contact you by email at the earliest opportunity.
We deliver only to the United Kingdom.
6. Returns Policy
In accordance with UK Distance Selling Regulations, Rationel offers the right to return any item purchased at the Webshop up to 14 days after delivery. Items received must be returned essentially in the same condition and quantity as when delivered. The right to return an item starts from the time you received your item.
Items can be returned directly to the Rationel Webshop. In case of cancellation, you must pay the costs of returning the item to the Rationel Webshop. The amount paid for the items will be repaid to the same card used to make payment once Rationel Webshop has received the items returned by you. Please note that an electronic chargeback may take up to 2 weeks before the money shows as returned to your account.

7. Complaints Proceedure
If you discover a fault or a defect in a purchased item, you must as soon as possible and within a reasonable period of time contact the Rationel Webshop and explain the fault or the defect. The Rationel Webshop will then handle your complaint.
In case of a faulty or defective item, the Rationel Webshop will seek to remedy such a fault or defect, or alternatively deliver a new item in replacement.
8. Reservation and Disclaimer
The Rationel Webshop makes reservations regarding price and proofreading errors, technical errors, items out of stock and force majeure, including industrial disputes and any defects in or delayed deliveries from sub-contractors.
9. Online Payment Security
In connection with credit or debit card purchases at Rationel Webshop, Rationel collaborates with E-pay that offers payment solutions for the Internet, among others. For you, as a customer, this collaboration means that it is safe and secure for you to use your credit or debit card on the Internet.
In practice, this means that whenever you enter credit card information, it is entered on a secure E-pay server, i.e. Rationel will never be informed about the entered credit card information, but only about whether the transaction was approved or not.
When your credit card information is to be entered, a secure connection is established from your PC to E-pay's server. This connection is encrypted by means of SSL (Secure Socket Layer), so that no third party can get hold of your information.
When you make a purchase from the Rationel Webshop, your name, address, telephone number and email address are retained for five years together with information about the product you purchased to meet our warranty terms and conditions.
